Tony joins ABL from the Bristol City Docks, where he was Harbour Master for nearly 15 years, where inter alia, he was responsible for operating infrastructure over 250 years old and maintaining dock water levels in an area with the second highest tidal ranges in the world. As harbour master, he was the designated Operations Executive Commander for Oil Spills and was responsible for Civil Contingency emergencies within local authorities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tony has knowledge of Ports and Harbour compliance, including the Port Marine Safety Code, Ports Good Governance Guidance, \u00a0Harbour Revision order applications, and other statutory port legislation and codes.
